Fume hood

   The main function of the fume hood is the exhaust function, which discharges the harmful gases, odors, moisture and flammable, explosive and corrosive substances generated during the experiment to protect the health of the experimenters. The main functions of the fume hood are as follows:

(1) Release functionThe system produced by the fume hood absorbs and dilutes the function of discharging to the outside.

(2) No backflow functionThe exhaust gas does not flow back into the room in reverse, especially the external polluting gas is poured into the room through the fume hood.

(3) Isolation functionSeparate the indoor environment by drawing down the glass window to form an independent space.

(4) Supplementary functionAfter the gas is exhausted, no negative pressure is formed, and air can be absorbed from the environment for replenishment and replacement.

(5) Control wind speed functionThe rate of absorption can be adjusted depending on the composition of the gas absorbed and the nature of the hazardous substance.
