ZHD300 Resistance Evaporation Coating Machine is mainly composed of vacuum chamber, vacuum control and measurement system, water-cooled evaporation electrode, rotating substrate table and manual baffle, cooling system and electrical control system. This equipment is mainly used for evaporation coating and is suitable for:

(1) Plating low-melting-point metal and alloy material film, single layer/multilayer/composite film, for example: copper, magnesium, aluminum, gold, silver, antimony, bismuth, zinc, antimony, etc.

(2) Plating a film of a non-metal/compound material, such as molybdenum oxide, lithium fluoride, etc.
